FAQ

Do I need a referral to see a podiatrist?
No referral is needed for most appointments—you can book directly online. However, if you are attending under a GP Care Plan, WorkCover, or NDIS, you may need a referral or paperwork for rebates.

What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring:

  • Any recent scans, X-rays, or medical reports related to your feet or ankles.

  • Your regular shoes (including sports shoes and work boots if relevant).

  • Your care plan, NDIS details, or insurance paperwork if applicable.

Do you see children?
Yes! We treat all ages—from babies with developmental concerns to active children and teenagers with sports injuries.

How long is the first appointment?
Initial consultations usually last 30–40 minutes. This allows time for a full assessment, diagnosis, and discussion of a treatment plan.

Are podiatry fees covered by Medicare?
Medicare rebates are available if you have a valid GP Care Plan. Please note we do not bulk bill—gap fees apply.

Can I claim with my private health fund?
Yes, provided your cover includes podiatry. We recommend checking with your fund before your appointment.

How do I book?
All appointments can be booked quickly and easily through our online booking system.
